Eric Quint- Author and former Chief Brand and Design Officer at 3M Company
In his role as the first Chief Brand and Design Officer at 3M, Eric was at the helm to scale brand and design across the global enterprise. He is bringing over 20 years of international executive design leadership experience and is a practitioner of design thinking as a mind set for collaboration and transformation across multiple levels of an organization to drive progress.
Eric is a frequent keynote speaker and guest lecturer about design leadership, innovation, and brand experience. He has co-authored a book for the Stanford University Press titled “Design Leadership Ignited” describing how to embrace the complexities of design leadership to elevate design at scale. His achievements are referenced and featured in numerous international books and publications.
